Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00AM-4PM by appointment. Same day appointments are possible if requested, (otherwise they are made as soon as possible). If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible.

We have two locations – One on the Des Peres Hospital Campus – Just West of I-270 and Dougherty Ferry Road. For a map and directions see below.

Our second location is in St. Charles – 801 Medical Drive, Suite 400 in Wentzville, Missouri at St. Joseph Health Center. Office hours are Wednesday from 12:00 PM-4:30 PM. Call 314-966-7570 to schedule an appointment for both locations.
